First of all, I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey.
Whether through donations, kind words, or just sharing my posts – the support has been awesome. Your help made it possible for me to come to Comic Con Cape Town, and for that, I am beyond grateful. It means the world to have people who believe in me and in what I do as a journalist and content creator.
Comic Con Cape Town officially kicked off today, and the energy here is electric! I’ve already had the chance to dive into one of the biggest activations of the event—Netflix’s Squid Game. Let’s just say it was intense, and sadly, I died within the first minute – I’ll sneak in tomorrow. And don’t worry, I’ll still be sharing everything I experienced… so far.
Even though I didn’t “survive” the Squid Game, there’s still so much more to explore and cover. From incredible cosplay to exclusive panels, this weekend promises to be unforgettable, and I can’t wait to take you along with me for every step—whether through photos, videos, or stories.
If you’d still like to support my work or help cover some of the remaining travel and content costs, you can find my banking details below. Every bit helps, and I’m so thankful to everyone who’s been a part of this journey so far. Let’s keep going!
