In less than a week I will be in Johannesburg to work from Comic Con Africa, and I’ll be leaving Namibia on Sunday, 18 September.
I’ve been invited to be the sole Namibian media representative at the convention and I have to say I’m very excited. Comic Con Africa will take place at the Johannesburg Expo Centre from 22 to 25 September.
I’m still raising funds to support my trip. Due to the late invite I haven’t been able to do proper fundraising. Thankfully God blessed me and I was able to get my passport made and to pay for my bus tickets. I still need to cover my other expenses like transport in Johannesburg, food, airtime and part of my accommodation.
If you are able to support me in any way then it will be greatly appreciated. Even a N$5 or N$10 donation will go a long way. Any kind of sponsorship is also welcome, regardless of the amount or type. I also still need padkos for the 26-hour long bus ride.
Please find my banking details below if you are able to support me. If you can’t contribute financially then there are other ways you can help. Forwarding this article to your family or friends might open possible doors for me and please pray for me.
I’m still running a competition as well and the end date has been moved to 30 September to help with the logistics of the sponsored items. If you want to take part then click this link below my banking details.
