When I first started this journey I was all alone. I had experience in journalism and I had a love for pop culture and film - that was it. I didn’t know anyone in the movie business, I didn’t have friends or family who backed me up - I just had a burning passion and mind filled with perseverance and determination.
As 2024 draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the year I’ve had and share some of the incredible milestones, challenges, and memories that shaped the past 12 months.
I’m grateful for my new journey, but to be completely honest… it has been really challenging. The last week has been filled with some new core memories and some memories that I just want to forget.
I decided to journal my new journey with a new chapter coming out each week. Each of these chapters will obviously reference a movie, TV show, video game or anything pop culture. I think this weeks title is fitting for where this story is going.
